It was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast, I especially enjoyed the fruit salad. Good Wifi access in the room. Warm en suite.
Dislikes:
The room was quite small, two folding chairs provided the only seating apart from the bed. Storage space was limited.

We used the hotel as a base from which to explore the beaches and castles of .northumbria. The location was excellent, the welcome was friendly and the facilities adequate. However the facilities in the room were better suited to a 1 night stay than a longer period. Read less

Dislikes:
a little sad they no longer do evening meals, as they have done a great job in a previous stay. (but this was not a major issue and we were provided good advice where to eat

This was a perfect short break seahouses is beautiful we didnt want to leave . We would definatley stay here again . My sister and brother inn law used stay here a few year ago and recomended it to us and that was before it had had a make over ! Read less

Hotel is very clean, everything was as described.
Dislikes:
Initial room we were put in was noisy and dusty, female owner was rather rude when I asked to move, but male owner was fine. Neither of the room had a sea view, though the place was almost empty.

You only "used" us as a stopover and then have a go at us. Nice.

when my son and i arrived we were met by one of the owners, very friendly and shown to our room straight away. beds ok, room nice and clean. when we went for breakfast i was given a hard,smelly fried egg, ok i had it changed but come on it's not a cheap room , not good enough!!second morning we felt as if we were forced to sit at top of restaurant as tables had been cleared in window, it was only 8.50am!! try putting radio or something on , no atmosphere at all!!! overpriced rooms!!!we managed to get a deal for £***a night which was stiil too high. i stay away 15+weekends a year £**/£** would be more like it! try putting radio on in morn, lacking atmosphere!!!!

Not everyone wants a radio on at breakfast, Most guests prefer the art of conversation, whilst taking in the view. You seem to know how to manage my business whilst running around in you J regd car that sounds as though it will soon need a new engine. You said you were market trader? If you thought it to expensive at £40.00, why book it. Small B&Bs (peoples houses) are charging £39.00 per head. No staff or VAT to pay. Oh by the way I still havn't found that smelly hen that laid that egg.
