The only problem was no one @ the reception in the evening & the bar was closed.We went out to buy some drinks!but overall it was a nice Hotel..thanks for the lovely stay:) Read less

Could have sworn that I showed you to your bedrooms having a bit chat with you whilst you decided who was having which room.
You only "used" us as a stopover and then have a go at us. Nice.

when my son and i arrived we were met by one of the owners, very friendly and shown to our room straight away. beds ok, room nice and clean. when we went for breakfast i was given a hard,smelly fried egg, ok i had it changed but come on it's not a cheap room , not good enough!!second morning we felt as if we were forced to sit at top of restaurant as tables had been cleared in window, it was only 8.50am!! try putting radio or something on , no atmosphere at all!!! overpriced rooms!!!we managed to get a deal for £***a night which was stiil too high. i stay away 15+weekends a year £**/£** would be more like it! try putting radio on in morn, lacking atmosphere!!!!

Not everyone wants a radio on at breakfast, Most guests prefer the art of conversation, whilst taking in the view. You seem to know how to manage my business whilst running around in you J regd car that sounds as though it will soon need a new engine. You said you were market trader? If you thought it to expensive at £40.00, why book it. Small B&Bs (peoples houses) are charging £39.00 per head. No staff or VAT to pay. Oh by the way I still havn't found that smelly hen that laid that egg.

You are spot on, what a morning, The waitress fell down some stairs and broke both her wrists, The first I knew about that was a telephone call from the Hospital at 8a.m. Another girl didn't turn up because of boyfriend trouble and the only one we had left had been given the day off to go to his uncles funeral. Can you advise me how do you cope with that scenerio.
Most people we spoke to understood our predicament. I have three new staff in place. Good job we have a fantastic view.

Many Thanks. You soon learn that you will never satisfy everyone. We are a quiet stress-free Bed and Breakfast providing a good hearty breakfast and
views to die for. Why come here if thats not what you want? If you want singing, drinking argueing etc, dont come here. We provide a place to come to,
away from the stresses at home and at work. Its simply called peace and quiet. I emphasise that on the web site.

 We had a great stay staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, room was very clean & well equipped. location great for central Seahouses without the hassel. Views of the Farne Islands were amazing and breakfast was fantastic.....I will be back !
